What Do I Do?
Just take the gift of Jesus Christ, friend. Repent of your sin and call out to Him in faith. Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son, was born of a virgin and lived a life free from sin in word, thought, and deed.
Although He was sinless, He went to face death as a criminal on a Roman cross. He was rejected and hated by His own people, and went to suffer the punishment of sin, which is death. But His blood was perfect, and He knew no sin. Still, God's wrath for sin was placed upon Christ and for the first time, He was separated from His Father.
His body fluid spewed to the ground when they pierced His side. He was dead for all to see. But on the third day God raised Him back to life! Jesus is risen! He defeated the cause of death, Jesus defeated sin's curse! Jesus ascended to heaven, to the right hand of the Father, where He sits today. He is alive and He is returning to Judge the world some day!
Have the faith God gives a child, believe in Christ and be saved!
I Think It's Too Late For Me
That's a lie your enemy wants you to believe. Don't listen to that lie. Run from that lie! As long as you have breath in your lungs and blood pumping through your veins, it's never too late to put your faith in Jesus Christ!
Remember, He isn't waiting to give you His gift because you need to be better. He has prepared the gift and it's waiting for you. His gift isn't based on your performance. Like every gift, you must accept it in order to receive its benefits.
Aren't you tired of running? Wouldn't it be nice to be able to rest in forgiveness? Don't you want to take a break from the mercilessness of this world? When was the last time you had hope?
What Will I Do If I Follow Jesus?
If the Lord has awakened you to faith in Jesus Christ, praise God! Bask in His glorious grace! Give glory to God for saving you! All of heaven is celebrating your new birth with you!
As far as your next steps go, first and foremost you need to trust Him. There is no specific formula or program to follow, but here are some things that God's Word instructs us to do when following Jesus.
Begin to pray to God in Jesus' name. Then, to identify with Christ's death, burial, and resurrection, you should get baptized in Jesus' name! If you have a Holy Bible, begin to read it. If you don't have a Bible please Contact Us and we will help you get one. Find a church where the Bible is taught and do what God's Word teaches you.
Your journey will more than likely have many challenges friend. Keep your eyes on Jesus Christ! He is the target! Where you're eyes look is where you will go, so stay focused on Christ!
